A 19th Century Black Forest type carved cased mantle clock, decorated in high relief with cockerel, chicken and chicks, the 8-day French movement with enamelled Roman numerals to the chapter ring, 34 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Appears to be in good order throughout with no areas of loss though top left over 11 o'clock there are signs of cracking and a flattened area in the wheastsheaf suggesting loss, but appears either to be original or have been missing for some time, the cracking we believe to be part of the original construction - see images for further information.
