A GROUP OF FOUR MEIJI PERIOD IVORY NETSUKE Catalog Number: AB0319-0232 Ivory netsuke Japan, Meiji period Consisting of four ivory netsuke. The first depicting the lucky god Jurojin, signed Gyokuzan. The second depicting Hotei signed Ozan. The third netsuke, a Sambaso dancer signed Hisakazu, and the last netsuke carved a very rare depiction of Gama sennin as Liu Hai, holding his ‘string of wealth’; unsigned. Dimensions: HEIGHT APPROX. 3-4 CM Condition: All in very good condition Provenance: German private collection
