A group of three Japanese inro, late 18th and 19th Century
A group of three Japanese inro, late 18th and 19th Century the first four-cased and decorated in gold hiramakie and takamakie depicting a fishing village, with a Torii, a shrine surrounded by rockwork and trees, all on a togidashi ground, the ojime of ivory with kiku; another, four-case, decorated in silver, gold and iroe takamakie and hiramakie on a kinji ground, with Fukurokujyu seated in elaborate robes, holding a fan of aogai, and a garden scene with an imperial crane with her young; the last a two-case inro decorated in hiramakie and takamakie with two deer and a large pine tree, glass bead ojime and wood netsuke of a travelling monk with a staff in hand, late 18th Century -- the first 3 1/16in. (7.8cm.) long. (3)
