Beschreibung:

A late Victorian, Black Forest Cuckoo mantel clock. The stained beech case carved with a fox walking along a craggy and foliate base, the dial flanked with carved tree trunks and oak leaves, and surmounted by a carved cuckoo on a nest. Carved bone hands, white Roman numerals (I missing). The movement marked "A. Fleig"? and striking on a gong (movement needs cleaning, one bellow A/F, chip to cuckoo's wing and other small losses to carved case). 59cm in height x 46cms approx.
