A MISCELLANEOUS COLLECTION OF ROYAL MEMORABILIA, Comprising:- a large souvenir spoon for the proposed Coronation of Edward VIII by Turner & Simpson Ltd., Birmingham, 1937, the bowl chased with the monarch's profile, the stem applied with a sceptre & the partly-enamelled terminal featuring the Royal arms above a disc depicting St.George & the dragon, in fitted case, 3 plated souvenir spoons for George VI's Coronation, 2 silver souvenir spoons, one for the Coronation of Elizabeth II, the other with a terminal modelled as Queen Victoria, a silver medallion-set commemorative ashtray for the Coronation of George VI by the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company Ltd., London, 1937, 2 commemorative biscuit tins, a "Christmas 1914" brass sandwich box (A gift from Queen Mary to the troops), 2 19th Century Chinese mother-o'-pearl plaques engraved with the British Royal Arms (one a/f), and 4 miniature enamelled souvenir photograph frames of book form, one 15 carat gold for Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee, one 9 carat gold for the Coronation of Edward VII, mark of AJ, Birmingham, 1901, also 2 gilt-metal examples.
