A PAIR OF .65 FRENCH FLINTLOCK OFFICER'S PISTOLS Early 19th Century With swamped octagonal sighted barrels, plain tangs, flat locks signed 'Manufacture de Versailles' and with semi-rainproof pans, figured walnut full stocks, plain iron mounts of shaped outline including stepped octagonal pommels, chequered butts (one bruised), small silver escutcheons, and later wooden ramrods, St. Etienne proof marks 12¼in. (2)
