A RUSSIAN 13-BORE PATTERN 1809 FLINTLOCK SERVICE PISTOL
TULA, DATED '1810'
A RUSSIAN 13-BORE PATTERN 1809 FLINTLOCK SERVICE PISTOL TULA, DATED '1810' With tapering barrel with turned moulding at the breech, brass fore-sight, flat bevelled lock with rounded tail, brass pan and signed in Cyrillic script and dated '1810' (top-jaw missing, jaw-screw broken), full stock with no provision for a ramrod, and brass mounts including fore-end cap forming a barrel-band (iron parts cleaned, barrel pitted); together with A BELGIAN 16-BORE FLINTLOCK SERVICE PISTOL OF BRITISH NEW LAND PATTERN TYPE, early 19th century, the lock with the Tower of Perron mark and the initials 'LG' (iron parts corroded, stock in poor condition); and AN EASTERN 15-BORE FLINTLOCK SERVICE PISTOL IN THE FRENCH MANNER, 19th century, with flat lock retaining traces of a mark beneath the brass pan (cleaned bright, stock repaired) The first with 10in.
