A Scottish dress dirk, mid-19th century, the 28.5cm fullered blade with scalloped backstrap, marked WILSON HAWKSWORTH & MOSS and with Crowned VR, the silver mounted wood hilt carved with Celtic design and rock crystal set pommel, the leather covered wood scabbard with silver mounts chased with thistles, complete with companion bi-knife and fork mounted en-suite, 44.5cm long total; together with a Scottish Sgian Dhu, the 10cm single-edged blade held with basket-weave carved wood hilt with paste set pommel, with leather covered wood scabbard, 20.5cm long total; two metal Victorian London Scottish Volunteers pouch belt plates, each with Queen Victoria Cross over thistle wreath and garter enclosing a rampant lion, the reverse with three threaded fixing posts, 8cm high; two metal thistle Glengarry badges for the London Scottish Volunteers, 4.2cm wide and 3.9cm wide; and a two-piece London Scottish Volunteers belt buckle, with leather straps, 25.3cm wide total; and a quantity of metal sporran mounts with thistle decoration (lot)
