Elder, Lieut. Col. 115 U.S.C.T. Big Spring Meade County, Kentucky; James A. Johnson Major 115 U.S.C.T. Pennsylvania; John R. Ham Sarg. 115th U.S.C.T. Dover, New Hampshire; S.B. Bathurst, Capt. 115 U.S.C.T. Indianola, Texas, dated Feby 2, 1866; J.H. Chandler Capt. 115th U.S.C.T. Lima, Michigan; Chas. P. Ives Captain 115 U.S.C.T. Saratoga County, New York; Wm. H.
