An English saltglaze white stoneware rectangular scent bottle, a coffee cup and a cream-jug Circa 1740 for the first two and circa 1760 for the third The rectangular scent-bottle with a gadrooned neck, moulded in relief with a seated Oriental playing a stringed instrument below a parasol held by an attendant, the reverse with a bird among branches by a pagoda, the sides with stylised flowers (damages and replacement), the octagonal coffee-cup moulded in relief with panels of animals and figures amongst trailing foliage (damages), and a salt-glaze version of a goat and bee jug, of conventional form, enriched in brown, green, blue and yellow (extensive damages and replacement, the decoration possibly replacement) 4 in. (10.2 cm.) high (3)
