Of pear shape with a scrolled handle and a sparrow beak spout with strainer, finely painted in blue with three panels of ships in full sail, two in stormy seas with smaller ships in the distance, one anchored in a harbour, figures in a rowing boat to one side and a castle in the distance, within quatrelobed panels edged in unusual scrollwork, 18.2cm high (cover lacking, a few small chips and fine cracks to rim)
