First Edition. Munley was an alleged member of the Molly Maguires. Gowen (1836- 1889) a lawyer, president of the Philadelphia & Reading Railroad, and lead prosecutor of the notorious Molly Maguires. Also, with a facsimile copy of: The Molly Maguires: A thrilling narrative of the Rise, Progress and Fall of the most noted band of Cut-Throats of Modern Times...History of the Blood-Stained Crew...Supplemented by the Statement of Detective McParlan...and the confession of that prince of villains, "Jimmy" Kerrigan...Eveland & Harris, Publishers, Tamaqua, PA. Discusses the murder of Sanger. Reprinted by Kelly Printing Co., 1969. Blue wrappers, staple-bound. Together, 2 volumes.
