In all 45 engraved and hand colored maps with wide margins maps from ca. 1665 - 1680. Elephant folio in a later halv leather binding with mute spine. The two first maps (mappemonde and America) are only fragments. Africa and Asia with stains in the center and in margins. Frisia, Portugal, Gallia (France), Italy, Germany, Rhen, Denmark, Sweden & Norway, Poland & Latvia & Ukraine are stained in margins in corners up. The others with only mild marginal staining and soiling, images in fine condition: Russia & Moscovia, Tartaria, India, Persia, Turkey, Terra Sancta & Palestine, Hungary, Greece, Sicily with townmaps, Malte, England, Scotland and Ireland (Hibernia), German provinces, Belgium, a number of Dutch regiona maps, Spain & Portugal, Belgian regions, Artois and Westphalia. One map with professionally repaired margins. Many decorative maps with colored figurative cartouches. One map made by I. Laurenberg. The maps are most often engraved by J. L'Huilier.
