The contract is SIGNED IN INK BY KELLY, HOWARD, WOODFULL, TED A'BECKETT, BILL PONSFORD, PERCY HORNIBROOK, ALAN HURWOOD, ALAN KIPPAX, ARCHIE JACKSON, DON BRADMAN, ALAN FAIRFAX, STAN MCCABE, BERT OLDFIELD, CLARRIE GRIMETT, TIM WALL, VIC RICHARDSON AND CHARLES WALKER as well as their solicitors An interesting historical document (the only known contract from this tour in a private collection) listing in detail 36 points, mainly defining the obligations of the players, their conduct, allowance and all other aspects of the tour. The document is apparently a legal copy of the contract and does not include the day and month of signing, nor Oxlade's signature
