Officer's Model Match manufactured by Colt in 1968. The left side of the barrel is marked "OFFICERS MODEL MATCH/ CAL. 22 LONG RIFLE", with Colt's single line address on the right. Left side of frame bears the the Rampant Colt logo and "VP" proof. Features include a 6" barrel, ramp front sight, square notch adjustable rear sight, serrated trigger & backstrap, and 2-piece checkered walnut Colt silver medallion grips. Frame and cylinder crane are matching. Grips are unmarked. CONDITION: Very good overall with metal components retaining the vast majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting a few small areas of wear, some light superficial handling marks, as well as a couple small spots of light oxidation. Bore is bright and retains strong rifling throughout. Grips show a few light nicks to the checkering, but are otherwise fine and serviceable.
