Lot consists of (A) Smith & Wesson Model 1917 commercial. Smith & Wesson diamond wood checkered grips. Five screw model stamped with Brazilian crest dated 1937. CONDITION: Numerous signs of abrasions throughout. Bore with worn rifling. Finish shows patina and holster wear on frame. Grips in well worn condition with minor chips. Cylinder shows holster wear as well as significant drag line. Gun displays numerous scratches and scuffs from use. Action remains tight. Cylinder indexes properly. Overall fair condition. (B) Smith & Wesson Model 1905 commercial with Audley patented retention holster. Holster dated October 1914 in very good-excellent condition. Smith & Wesson diamond wood checkered grips without medallion. CONDITION: Original subdued blue finish with minor high edge holster wear. Strong bore with strong rifling. Very faint drag line on cylinder. Case color still visible on hammer and trigger. Overall very good-excellent condition.
