Beschreibung:

Derek Jeter's 2000 New York Yankees World Championship Salesman's Sample 10K Gold Ring Featuring simulated diamonds in the encrusted "NY" logo and face, this 10 karat gold ring embossed "Jeter" was used as a salesman's sample. One side of the band shows the Yankee logo above a Yankee Stadium facade type design, and reads "Pride". The other side is engraved "Jeter" above an image of the World Series trophy and words "26th," "Tradition." It is accompanied by original wooden presentation box with a glass etched face and reading "New York Yankees", and "2000 World Champions." The 1998-2000 New York Yankees established a record of ten consecutive World Series games won. The previous record was nine by the DiMaggio era 1937-1939 Yankees. It's hard to believe, but the Yankees 2000 World Series win over the Mets in the "Subway Series" has been their most recent and the last of the Torre era. It was also a lot closer than the 4-1 margin indicates, as no game was decided by more than two runs. Where have you gone, Luis Sojo? This ring is a size 12 1/2 and is in excellent condition overall with minor wear from use.
