Three large quarto volumes, three uncolored steel-engraved titles with vignettes, two uncolored steel-engraved portrait frontispieces, and fifty-seven plates (three uncolored), contemporary half morocco and marbled paper boards, volume three rebound, extremities lightly worn, head of spine volume two chipped; scattered foxing and toning to text, 11 1/2 x 8 3/4 in. (3) This early outdoorsy periodical contains the first colored sporting prints produced in America. Provenance: The Estate of David Spinney.
