A most impressive Postal issues collection that includes an 1885 25c on 40c vermillion & two 5c on 40c orange "Ceres" - these all unused & without gum, 5c on 30c brown "Peace & Commerce" multiple of 8 stamps mint, 5c on 40c mint, 1891 30c brown (no accent) "Peace & Commerce" 4 margin imperf, perf ranges to 40c incl 1c blocks of 6 & gutter block of 12, surcharged range of 2c on 20c with variants & 1893 singles & strip of three, 1892 Peace & Commerce set to 30c, 50c & 1f, 1901 surcharged set inc 15c on 1f pair, 1907-17 pictorial set, 1912 surcharged set inc the three lowest values as Millesime blocks of 4, 1915-16 Red Cross surcharged set inc black opt'd single & pair (without gum), 1922-27 surcharged range to 50f on 5f, 1928-30 pictorial set, 1931 Paris Expo set, 1933-38 Pictorial set, 1937 Expo set & mini sheet, 1943 "France Libre" overprinted set of 46 stamps, 1947 set, 1949-59 "CFA" opt'd range with most values to 25f on 85f followed by a highly complete selection inc sets to the end of the period, Postage Due sets inc 1927, 1933, 1947, 1949-50, 1962-64 & 1964-65.
