(14 7/8 x 9 in.), integral blank, large papered seal of Massachusetts at top left, attractively written in a neat cursive hand, headed "Commonwealth of Massachusetts," clean separations along horizontal folds (repairable). A JUDGE'S COMMISSION WITH A FINE, LARGE, SIGNATURE. An elaborately written appointment of George Seaward as Judge of Probate for Bristol County, empowering him to "audit, examine, and allow the accounts...to order the distribution of Estates of intestates," etc., of all residents at the time of death in said County.
