Metropolitan Railway, Baker Street Station, circa 1868, bright chromolithograph slight spotting to margins, occasional repaired wormholes to margins, 440 x 630 mm, mounted, framed and glazed with a Richard Green and Frank T. Sabin Gallery label on verso (Qty: 1) The Metropolitan Railway operated the first underground service, which ran from Farringdon Steet north to King's Cross, and west to Paddington (Bishop's Road), utilising trains hauled by steam engines.
