Name of manufacturer is "x-ed" out but it is still legible. Correctly held together with a nut and bolt. Little chipping on the edges of the glass napkin holder. (Good). Second has a draped cherub sitting on a raised rectangular base reading a book by the napkin holder on a short pedestal. Napkin holder is a little out of round. Marked "Simpson, Hall, Miller & Co., #02". (Good).
