Manufacturer: Ferock Artist: Frank Ferrell Description: Richly glazed Ferock twin handled vase with incised scarab decoration on one side, done by Frank Ferrell, possibly with North Dakota clay. The vase is also reminiscent of Ferrell’s work at Owens. Impressed Ferock 42 on the bottom. Height is 3 3/8 inches and width is 8 inches. Excellent original condition with thick, leather green mat glaze. Pictured and discussed in Forster, “UND University of North Dakota Pottery a history and comparative study” on page 146.
