A fine and unusual 18K pink gold, enamel and diamond-set openface keyless lever pendant watch with matching brooch Signed Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, movement no. 118'535, case no. 229'742, manufactured in 1902 Cal. 10''' nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer gilt Arabic five minute divisions, gold Louis XVI hands, in finely chased and engraved floral and foliage decorated case, the hinged back with translucent green enamel on guilloché background centred by a star-shaped diamond-set cartouche, together with a matching 18K gold brooch in the form of a snake wound around a diamond-set branch, the snake with translucent green enamel body, the guilloché background simulating the texture of its skin, diamond-set eyes, case, cuvette dial and movement signed 27 mm. diam., overall length incl. brooch 61 mm.
