Bancoast & Son/San Antonio/Texas., dark blue vest with general staff buttons, dark green back panel, and striped cotton lining, gold bullion dress epaulettes with lieutenant colonel's embroidered insignia, gold wreath with a silver PD in the middle, general staff buttons, red morocco leather and velvet lining, a japanned tin case marked FROM/WILSON & STELLWAGON/IMPORTERS AND DEALERS IN/WATCHES, JEWELRY, DIAMONDS,/SILVER AND PLATED WARE,/MILITARY GOODS AND REGALIA,/1028 CHESTNUT STREET,/PHILADELPHIA., with Wilson & Stellwagon business cards in central compartment.
