A reverse-painted, glass game board, having a central checkerboard with alternating black and silver-foil squares, each outlined in yellow and divided by narrow, red-foil bands with gold-foil squares at each corner. The gold-painted outer border embellished with repeating geometric designs in light blue, silver, and red foil with eight-pointed star motifs at the corners, the whole surrounded by a border of red and blue splotches and housed in an oak frame, PLUS an etched game board on a mirrored ground, housed in a carved wood frame with a gilt liner; largest 19.5 x 19.5 in.
