This partial set of the Quarto Edition of the seminal Pacific Railroad Reports includes the important map volume, as well as volume 5 with the first view of Los Angeles. Condition: Bindings rubbed but generally solid; light toning throughout with occasional foxing, affecting some plates, many of the maps with short tears, some with adhesive repair attempts; attractive overall a very good or better set.
