Dating from the penultimate year of production, this left-hand drive 420G was imported into Germany from Holland in 1979 and has been de-registered and dry-stored since 1984. The car retains its original engine and original automatic transmission, and is finished in two-tone Burgundy/silver with nicely patinated beige leather interior. The large sunroof is an additional feature. We are advised that the engine runs and that the gearbox works; the alternator however, is not charging, there is minor corrosion to the door bottoms and the sills have been inexpertly repaired. Nevertheless, the car should respond well to cosmetic refurbishment and careful re-commissioning. Sold strictly as viewed, it is offered with Jaguar mascot (not illustrated), German registration papers and without reserve. Der linksgelenkte 420G wurde 1979 aus Holland nach Deutschland importiert. Der Motor läuft und das Getriebe schaltet, jedoch lädt die Lichtmaschine nicht. Die auf dem Foto fehlende Kühlerfigur ist vorhanden ebenso wie der deutsche KFZ-Brief mit dem Abmeldedatum 1984.
