Beschreibung:

The TXII is a hackney carriage manufactured by LTI. It is the second model following the modernisation and re-design of the London taxi that began with the TXI. The vehicle has a handful of differences from its predecessor including a change of engine from Nissan to the intercooled Ford Duratorq which, according to the manufacturer, increases torque by 21%.The remaining modifications are largely cosmetic or are minor improvements to the design and equipment on the TXI. It was available with a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic. This one owner London Taxi has been used as a chauffeur driven private vehicle and, as such, has covered only 13,500 miles in eight years. Finished in Forest green and with velour trim, this taxi also benefits from front and rear air conditioning, automatic transmission and a C.D. system. To be expected from such a low mileage example, it is in unmarked condition and ready to use immediately.
