Beschreibung:

An Official 2001 World Series baseball signed by George W. Bush ("George Bush"), who threw out the first pitch in game 3, a Rawlings Allen "Bud" Selig ball, 5 oz, 9 inch circumference. A GEORGE W. BUSH SIGNED BASEBALL FROM THE 2001 WORLD SERIES, where he threw out the first pitch during Game 3 in New York, just over one month after the tragedy of September 11th. In what is surely one of the most poignant Presidential World Series first pitches in history, George W. Bush waited until Game 3 in New York City to appear in a FDNY jacket over a full bullet proof vest to deliver a perfect strike just a month and a half after the devastating terror attack on the city. Sportscaster Jim Gray noted, ""What President Bush told us without uttering a single word, was that we could once again attempt to carry on our lives... What an amazing symbol it was." WITH: a signed George H.W. Bush replica Yale baseball uniform, Yale pinstripes, with large "2" to the back, and YALE lettered across the front, size XL, signed by George H.W. Bush ("George Bush"), fine. Perhaps the only better President at throwing out the first pitch was Bush, Sr, who was a star at Yale, and its Captain in 1948.
