A BELLE EPOQUE CULTURED PEARL, SAPPHIRE, BURMESE RUBY AND DIAMOND NECKLACE Designed as a simple yet elegant collet-set diamond line necklace to the cultured pearl, sapphire, Burmese ruby and diamond floret spacers, mounted in rhodium plated gold, circa 1915, 13 ins. long With certificate CS 31896 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that based on available gemological information, it is the opinion of the laboratory that the origin of this material (ruby) would be classified as Burma (Myanmar). Heat Enhancement: None With certificate CS 31897 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that although this material (sapphire) exhibits certain visual and internal characteristics associated with Burma (Myanmar), the laboratory cannot difinitively substantiate country of origin. Heat Enhancement: None The sapphire and Burmese ruby weighing approximately 2.19 cts. and 2.22 cts.
