A collection of Worcester scale-blue ground porcelain, circa 1768-70 comprising a kidney-shaped dish painted in the workshops of James Giles with a version of the 'Lady Mary Wortley Montagu' pattern, 26cm., 10 1/4 in. wide, a double handled cup and saucer, and a small plate similarly painted with cartouches of fancy birds; and a selection of pieces painted with cartouches of flowers comprising a double handled cup and saucer, a cylindrical mug, a teacup and saucer, a lozenge shaped dish, a large fluted dish, 24.8cm., 9 3/4 in. diam., a pair of plates, 22.6cm., 8 7/8 in. diam., a pair of smaller plates, 19.2cm., 7 1/2 in. diam., and two further similar small plates, together with a powder-blue ground sucrier and cover and a five-sided teapot stand with fan-shaped panels reserving flowers, most with square mark in underglaze-blue (20)
