This document is the Selznick International Pictures Executive Committee Resolutions page from the SIP corporate books, and it spells out the decisions made by Selznick in his negotiations to find a star to play Rhett Butler and a studio that would co-finance and distribute. SIP would ultimately partner with Loew's/MGM, who would provide the services of Clark Gable, co-finance the film at $1.25 million, and provide distribution.
