ronde, le couvercle centré d'un ornement feuillagé stylisé sur fond d'émail blanc opaque, entouré de bordures d'émail semi-translucide de couleur léopard sur émail bleu acier et guilloché, dans des anneaux d'émail blanc opaque ciselés de bandes quadrilobées alternant avec des ornements feuillagés dans des cadres ovales, les côtés et la base décorés de la même façon.
