A Dutch notebook bearing silver plates with an East Indiaman and the V.O.C.R. monogram Apparently unmarked, former Dutch East Indies, 18th Century Rectangular, fish skin over wooden boards, the front and back cover with central shaped oval plaque depicting a East Indiaman with V.O.C. flag enclosed by scrolls and shells, two silver clasps with monogram V.O.C.R. (Rotterdam) and a silver stylus connecting the clasp and functioning as a catch 134 x 83mm.
