* A Fine 18 Karat Yellow Gold, Burmese Sapphire and Diamond Ring, Van Cleef & Arpels, containing one oval mixed cut sapphire measuring approximately 16.90 x 10.20 x 7.29 mm and 28 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.73 carats total. Hand Inscribed: VCA 18K CSO 6288. Accompanied by an American Gemological Laboratories sapphire identification and origin certificate number CS 58051, dated November 18, 2013, stating Mineral Type: Natural Corundum, Variety: Sapphire, Origin: Burma (Myanmar), Enhancement: No gemological evidence of heat, Clarity Enhancement: None. NOTE: As indicated by the "CSO" inscription, this exquisite ring was a special order commissioned work. 7.00 dwts. Estimate $ 40,000-60,000 Property from the Estate and Trust of Elise Reeder Olton, Boca Raton, Florida The ring is in very good condition and shows minimal marks of wear such as scratches to the shank. It is approximately a size 6 1/4. Gem Characteristics (graded in setting) Sapphire NOTE: Please request a copy of the AGL report for further information on the sapphire. The stone shows even minor wear consisting of minor abrasions along the facet junctions visible under 10X magnification. The measurements suggest an approximate weight of 10.00 to 11.00 carats for the Sapphire. Diamonds Color: D-F Clarity: VVS1-VS2 Polish and Symmetry: Very Good to Excellent Condition: no signs of wear visible at 10X magnification
