A French silvered and gilt metal repeating carriage clock by Henri Jacot, late 19th century, the architectural form case with Corinthian columns to the corners, on a plinth base with canted corners, the white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numeral chapter ring, on matted silvered surround, with coiled gong strike, the movement stamped H J, numbered 5749 to the movement and case, 18cm high
