A GEORGE II SILVER BRANDY SAUCEPAN, A GEORGE III WINE STRAINER, PAP BOAT, A PAIR OF SNUFFERS, SNUFFER TRAY, AND PAP BOAT, all London, execpt for tray, , with maker's marks of:, the saucepan-- 1728, George Greenhill Jones, of typical form, with part silver and turned wood handle-- the saucepan 2in. (5cm.) wide ; the wine strainer-- 1761 , circular with pierced bowl, the shaped tab handle engraved with crest, the beaded rim with clip-- 4¼in. (10.7cm.) diam. ; the snuffers-- 1814, R. Emes & E. Barnard I , scissor form, with openwork reeded and foliate handles, the box monogrammed and topped twice by shell between reeded borders; the tray-- Sheffield, 1787, John Parsons & Co., tear drop shaped with squared front, on three tapering feet, with lozenge pierced band to the sides, the raised end pierced with foliate circle, with upswept reeded handle-- 10.in.
