The face has five and the reverse three. The large apertures on either side of the central area and the rim are lined in shakudo --height 7.3cm., width 6.8cm., thickness 4.5mm. Double wood storage boxes. Inner box with hakogaki by Sato Kanzan, dated autumn, 1972. Accompanied by a Tokubetsu kicho ninteisho , no. 149, dated April 15th, 1971, issued by the N.B.T.H.K.
