From a composite figure, over-lifesized, preserving the eyes, nose, mustache and portions of the hair, with a crease across the forehead, the large almond-shaped eyes with thick contoured lids peaked at the inner canthi, a mortise at the top of the head, likely for attachment of the modius 8¾ in.
