A GROUP OF EIGHT PIECES OF FRENCH SILVER FLATWARE VARIOUS DATES & MAKERS, 18TH CENTURY, ONE PARIS, THE REST PROVINCIAL Comprising a pair of table spoons and a pair of table forks en suite, the waisted Fiddle pattern terminals engraved with contemporary armorial maker's mark of S.P with crown above and fleur-de-lys below, Lille, 1752; together with a third table spoon of conventional Fiddle pattern with the same engraved armorial, Douai, circa 1760; and a third fork of Fiddle and Thread pattern, Paris, 1789; also a pair of Rat-Tail table spoons, mark of L.B below agnus dei , unidentified, probably Rouen, circa 1725, the back of the stems each engraved with different initials LB and WB above a small English hound crest 15.25 oz.
