A GROUP OF VARIOUS CHINESE AND JAPANESE DISHES AND PLATES KANGXI AND LATER Comprising: a set of four 18th century Chinese famille verte plates decorated with flowers, 22cm, Kangxi; a pair of Chinese Imari saucer dishes, Kangxi, 26cm diameter, a pair of Chinese Imari moulded bowls, Kangxi, 21.5cm diameter, and Chinese Imari plate, Kangxi, 21.5cm, and two Japanese Imari dishes, 20.5cm and 18cm diameter (11) Provenance: Possibly collected by Arthur Barnardiston (d. 1737) and kept at Brightwell Hall Removed to Weston Hall in 1744 Thence by descent at Weston Hall. Condition Report: One plate with two hair cracks, 8cm and 7cm. All plates with some rim chips. 26in dishes one broken in half and riveted, both with minor chips and wear.
