A Japanese ivory netsuke of a man with his child and monkey, 19th Century carved with the monkey wrapped in a blanket over the man's shoulder, his child kneeling beside -- 1¾in. (4.5cm.) high; another ivory netsuke of a boy carrying a branch with a mask of Okame various boxes and mallets hanging from it; and an ivory netsuke of a man seated on a large beetle beside an oni -- 1 5/8in. (4.1cm.) max. high, all with incised signatures. (3)
