A large Danish Rococo walnut bureau with upper part. Dated “11. Juli 1749”. H. 245 cm. W. 125 cm. D. 60 cm. The bureau was initially placed in Stormgsade 6 in Copenhagen. The lot includes a letter from the well-known Danish historian Erik Kjersgaard concerning the bureau as well as the owner family. Furthermore an excerpt from a publication about the bureau is included.
