The beam is marked 'TO WEIGH 7LB' and 'CLASS C'. The scales come together with a series of avoirdupois brass bell weights comprising of 1/4oz, 1/2oz, 1oz, 2oz, 4oz, 8oz, 1lb, 2lb and 4lb.
