Comprising: 1) An oval, slightly concave plate of tinned bronze, possibly a Roman shield boss, with central bronze appliqué in the form of an eagle's head on a circular disc pierced with numerous small holes; reverse with suspension loop. 2) A rectangular bronze plate, the leading edge cusped and centering two zoomorphic hooks. 3) Part of a rectangular plate, possibly Indian and of much later vintage, three edges with attachment holes, the top retaining engraved brass buckle sections in the form of leaves. 5" x 3 1/2". 4) Two blades, possibly Roman and for ritual use, both with crescent-shaped blade and flat, pierced tang. 6" and 4". 5) Two small fragments, one with loop handle. Condition: 1) Holes and losses to one side. 2) 3) Losses to edges. 4) Good. See Illustration
