Beschreibung:

Of baluster form, with split loop reeded handle, standing on a short pedestal base, the upper rim decorated with a band of flower heads and buds within gilt outlines, above alternating bands of grey and geometric style sections, extending to vertically spreading divisions with further floral decorations, reserved against a gilt outlined black ground and linear stylised flora, the base having a weave patterna in low relief; 26cm high, impressed MINTON and British registry mark, numbered in red D2111, (chip to base), together with a Doulton Burslem series ware jug after George Moorland, circa 1886, of bulbous ovoid form with flattened broad rim and spout, the angular handle extending from rim and terminating at lower body, decorated with transfer printed scene portraying a huntsman and women on horseback charging through a rural landscape, the interior rim and lower base decorated with stylised flowers; 23cm high, painted number D1315, printed factory mark, (restoration and chip to upper rim).
