A pair of George III silver waiters Mark of Paul Storr London, 1809 Each circular, on four winged sphinx monopodia feet, with egg-and-dart border, each field engraved twice with a helm and crest, marked on reverse, also engraved with number '1' and '2' 5 7/8in. (15cm.) diam. 15oz. (476gr.) The crests are those of Beaumont and Wentworth, presumably for Col. Thomas Richard Beaumont Esq. (1758-1829) and his wife Diana (d.1831), natural daughter and eventual heiress of Sir Thomas Wentworth 5th Bt. (2)
