A pair of Minton Pâte-sur-Pâte vases By Marc-Louis Solon, Circa 1871 Each of tapering form, with a pair of scrolled handles, the body decorated with a female figure with a continuous band of cherubs, above a vitruvian scroll with palmette and foliate decoration to the lower part, on stepped foot, impressed MINTON and three further impressed marks, with black overglaze Minton mark, one with Solon's monogram 13 in. (33 cm.) high (2)
