Breech marked with crown/FW/W, the top flat with triangular maker's mark. Lockplate marked crown/Potsdam/SS. Double-set triggers. Brass furniture. Full walnut stock with wooden patchbox cover and marked with a crown behind the triggerguard. Small vacant silver escutcheon at wrist. Sling swivels. Brass-tipped ramrod. Condition: Very good. Barrel retains much reblued finish. Lock with minor pitting and sharp markings. Sound wood showing numerous light marks, the patchbox lid with some small chips. See Illustration
